Terms & Conditions

I provide daytime care only, times to be agreed with each client and I charge a flat hourly rate, no extra fees for Weekends / Bank Holidays.

Please note my fees are kept at this level 7 days a week, however I take 6 weeks holiday entitlement a year and require continued payment during my leave.

I cover Warminster area only

Any fee changes will be notified in writing four weeks prior to change.

I will endeavour to meet everyones needs but as it is only myself I will not over book to ensure quality of care.

Every client will be requested to sign and agree a time sheet at the end of each week.

I am not a Registered Nurse and will not carry out anything within this area, should you become ill whilst I am visiting, I will of course stay with you until medical support arrives and am first aid trained.

My phone will be switched off between 8pm - 7am, of course a message can be left but this will NOT be picked up between these hours. Between 7am and 8pm a message can be left, if I am with someone I will contact you as soon as I have left that person.

FOUR weeks written notice is required on either side to suspend the care given.

Should you need to suspend or terminate care, payment will be required to cover the FOUR week notice period, whether or not care is required during this time.

If you pay for the hour this is what you will get, no short cut visits.

I will give as much notice as I can, should I be ill and unable to get to you, of course there would be a refund for the missed visit.

I give 3 months notice of my yearly paid holiday dates, these will only be one week at a time.

The client will be responsible to arrange cover if required, although I am happy to assist in finding temporary cover where possible the responsibility of finding cover remains with the patient.

Payment can be made two or four weeks in advance. You will be provided with a statement for my support in advance and payments due before care commences. Direct payment clients welcome.

I endeavour to be at every appointment punctually, however if I am held up with someone who is unwell, you will be contacted to inform you. Please understand you would not wish to be left unwell and alone waiting for help to arrive.

Many people have close families, if this is the case and you wish I would be happy to meet for a discussion about myself and the care I can provide. It is a big decision to involve someone in your care and there will be no pressure on you to take up my support.

I will request a next of kins details and GP's name, medical history and medication list. The reason for this is purely a contact if any patient were to become ill so I can pass this onto Emergency Services / medical staff. Alternatively I have the right to share these details if I was concerned for your safety in any way.

Obviously all details are confidential at all times and will not be disclosed unless it is essential for your safety and well being.
